Payroll Officer – HR3 Experience Essential

As a result of continued growth CareChoice is currently seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to support the Payroll team. The RoleReporting to the Accounts Manager, You will be required to work Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm). Your main responsibilities will include:Working in a team to process fortnightly time sheets, automated and manual (600+ timesheets).Employee payroll set-up and amendments.Answering phone calls pertaining to pay queries in accordance with rules and regulations of the ATO.Assist with invoice processing and all areas of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable as required.Assist with the implementation of the HR3 systemStreamlining processes Your Profile:To be successful in the position you must have:Previous experience with a complex payroll system.Previous experience processing high volume payroll A solid understanding of the ATO rules and regulations pertaining to payroll with a particular focus on policy that applies to shift work for casual employees.A solid understanding of payroll coding applicable to shift work and 24 hour shiftsGeneral knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Accounts PayableImpeccable attention to detailPrevious experience with HR3 system is desirable.
