Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager

We are passionate about ensuring high quality service and genuinely care about the goal attainment and results for both clients and our care workforce. CareChoice is currently experiencing unprecedented growth and is now seeking an exceptional Quality and Compliance Manager to join our friendly team.The RoleThe primary object of this position will be to drive an effective continuous quality, risk and compliance framework ensuring CareChoice complies with relevant legislation and governing bodies.Reporting directly to the CEO, your duties will include but are not limited to developing, implementing and maintaining rigorous compliance plans for the business in line with the Disability Act 2006, Child Youth & Families Act 2013, National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 and other relevant legislation including the National Quality & Safeguard framework due for implementation in 2019.  You will also oversee and manage quality outcomes for clients and audits across both Disability and Youth services. You will monitor and audit all relevant administrative and funding processes and procedures and coordinate the flow of documentation to ensure all operational data is accurate and up to date.
