As a result of internal reshuffling Carechoice is now seeking a specialised Recruitment Coordinator to join the recruitment team based in Geelong.The RoleReporting to the Recruitment Manager, your main responsibilities will include:Screening applicants & booking interviews and training with a particular focus on the Youth Welfare SectorEnsuring all candidate files are up to date with mandatory documentsChasing up candidates for any outstanding paperworkTaking references in a timely and professional mannerScanning documents and collating candidate filesEntering personal data into a CRM in an accurate and timely mannerAssisting with group interviewsBooking and coordinating Careers Expos and other similar eventsOther ad hoc administrative duties as required.Your ProfileTo be successful in the position you must have:Excellent Presentation SkillsDemonstrated ability to work autonomously and adhere to set KPI'sAn exemplary phone mannerHigh attention to detailA commitment to providing quality serviceAn ability to work in a fast paced environmentAbility to multitask and prioritise competing tasks to meet deadlinesProven ability to learn new IT systems and softwareAbility to build rapport with candidates.It is highly desirable that you have previous experience in a recruitment position or a similar fast paced role that requires efficient administration skills and exemplary customer service delivery.Experience working in the Child Protection/Youth Welfare sector will be highly regarded AUD Australia - VIC Geelong & Great Ocean Road Geelong 3220
