You need to be a good listener and communicator and have an empathetic attitude.Key components of the role include:Building and maintaining a great network of referrers who will help you achieve your targetsMeeting clients and their families and understand the supports they needCreating person-centred support plans that reflect the client’s needs and aspirationsEnsuring that clients and referrers have a positive experienceUndertaking client risk assessments to keep everyone safeHeaps of ‘feel-good’ times.
