Who are you?
Ideally we are looking for someone who is comfortable visiting people in their own homes to discuss how we can assist them and assess any risks we may need to be aware of.
You will need to have the ability to juggle more then one thing at a time, this is a fast paced role and you will need to have an ability to prioritise and manage conflicting tasks and requests.
We are looking for someone with an understanding that living with a disability can be tough and genuinely wants to make a difference in client’s lives. You need to be a good listener and communicator and have an empathetic attitude.

Our head office is located in Mulgrave, in the heart of the south-east suburbs and we also have an office in Geelongâ so when you’re not visiting clients, you will work between the office and home.
Mandatory Requirements:
Employment with CareChoice is subject to satisfactory background checks which include Professional References, Employee Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
