Rostering Coordinator (3pm – 11pm)

We are passionate about ensuring high quality service and genuinely care about the results for both clients and our care workforce. As a result of unprecedented growth we are now seeking experienced Rostering Coordinators to join our dynamic team.The RoleThese position are full time and will require you to work Monday to Friday 3pm - 11pm.  As a Senior Care Coordinator you will be required to manage the delivery of disability and child protection services in line with client care requirements and preferences. You will be responsible for managing and prioritizing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.  You will be the primary point of contact for our support staff and clients, responsible for building rapport and engaging with and rostering our casual workforce.  You will also be the point of escalation for any immediate crisis situations and liaise with; clients, emergency services, child protection and support workers to achieve optimum outcomes.  This is a fast-paced environment suitable for someone who likes to be challenged throughout their day. Your ProfileTo be successful in this position it is essential you have:Previous experience in a similar position taking and receiving a high volume of callsAbility to build rapport with clients and effectively communicate with various people from industry organisationsExperience managing and prioritising high volume inbound/outbound callsThe ability and maturity to work independently and to also work as part of a teamExcellent problem-solving skillsThe ability to multi taskExcellent written and communication skillsExcellent computer literacy and high level of administration skills AUD Australia - VIC Melbourne - All locations Bayside & South Eastern Suburbs Clayton 3168
