How you’ll make an impact
Due to continuous and exciting growth, we’re currently recruiting for multiple Disability Support Workersâ¯to join our team to support clients based in the McMahons Creek region.
You will be responsible for providing quality support to participants who are living in purpose built homes and their own family homes.
The hours of work available are varied including weekday shifts, evening, and weekend shifts. Penalty rates apply on weekends, Public Holidays, after 8pm andâ¯after 12 pm.â¯
About you
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to have demonstrated experience providing support to participants with complex needs and or behaviours of concern.
Essential to the role will be a thorough understanding of working with people with disabilities -physical and behavioural, an ability to maintain professional boundaries and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
You will also have the following skills and attributes:
