How you’ll make an impact
Reporting to the Head of Business Partnerships, this important role to our business growth will respond to all sales enquiries.
This includes inbound and outbound queries, in a prompt and customer service driven manner, seeking to convert all relevant enquiries to intake and supporting the Growth and Engagement team progress enquiries,
maintain contact with clients, prepare documentation, supporting engagement
activities and launching new CareChoice Homes.
About you:
You will be a pleasant, professional, mature and confident person, with exceptional organisational skills and a demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proven experience in a customer focused Community Services Sector role and an understanding of the NDIS, including Specialist Disability Accommodation are desirable.
