About the opportunity
We’re currently recruiting for a full time NDIS Support Coordinator's to join our team located at our head office in Mulgrave on a 12 month fixed term contract.
Reporting to our Manager of Support Coordination Operations, you’ll be responsible for assisting Participants with complex needs to build personal capacity to make decisions and choices about the implementation of all supports in their NDIS plan, and focus on addressing barriers and reducing complexity in the support environment, whilst also assisting Participants by ensuring they are on track to achieve their goals as articulated in their NDIS plan or Care Plans.

About you
As a calm, resilient and compassionate NDIS Support Coordinator, you’ll have greater than 1 years’ experience with providing quality care services, implementing NDIS plans and building rapport with Participants in an outcome driven position in the Disability, Youth Welfare, Child Protection and/or community services sector.
