Reporting to the Manager, People and Culture, you’ll be responsible for administrative support during employee life-cycle activities - which recruit, onboard, motivate, develop, and retain a highly effective workforce that contribute to the overall business strategy.How you'll make an impactAs People and Culture Administrator and Compliance Officer with CareChoice, your key responsibilities in this role include:Managing the HR inbox by responding to enquiries and escalating where appropriate.Providing administrative support to the Human Resources Team - including but not limited to converting casual staff to permanent contracts, creating and sending weekly HR updates to the business, and issuing service recognition rewards.Maintaining administrative systems.Conducting direct care staff offboarding activities.Onboarding compliance and training.Participating in the recruitment process where required.About youAs a positive role model with a can-do attitude, you will have:A tertiary qualification (or working towards) in Human Resources or a related discipline.Strong administration skills which will contribute towards various HR initiatives.Strong organisational, planning and time management skills with an ability to prioritise and manage workload, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Excellent attention to detail.Ideally you will also have -Strong networking, leadership and relationship management skills.Working knowledge of HR generalist practises.Experience in the Disability Services Sector and understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme.Experience using Salesforce.Employment with CareChoice is subject to satisfactory background checks which include Professional References, Employee Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.   AUD Australia - VIC Melbourne - All locations Bayside & South Eastern Suburbs Clayton 3168
