This is a fixed term full-time opportunity, until November 2024! Reporting to the Recruitment Manager you will be a passionate recruiter with demonstrated experience in end-to-end high-volume recruitment.The role of the Recruitment Advisor will be to partner with key business stakeholders to attract, screen and recruit support worker staff, in line with the  company recruitment process, policies and procedures. Achieve timely recruitment targets in line with overall growth and business objectives, whilst supporting a positive and seamless candidate experience.As a Recruitment Advisor, some of your key responsibilities will include:Identify and resource suitable candidates within the health care sector. Targeting candidates who have completed certificates in the disability, nursing and mental health sectors through universities, TAFE's and RTO's.Ensure all recruitment is in line with CareChoice policies and procedure and legislative requirements.Scheduling and conducting comprehensive phone screens and interviews, conducting reference checks and all relevant probity checks as required.Identifying candidate’s experience, skills and preferences who are suited to specific client groups.Liaising with Coordination/ Rostering Team to advise of suitable placement opportunities for candidates.Talent pipelining of candidates.Assist with Assessment Centres, information days and Expos.Work closely with the HR team and Training team to ensure all candidate training and onboarding requirements are compliant.About youAs an experienced Recruitment Advisor, you will demonstrate excellent time management skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.You will have strong stakeholder and candidate management skills, problem solving and prioritising skills, conflict resolution capability and have a genuine passion for bringing in new talent into the business.You will be self-motivated, be an excellent team player, a positive role-model with a ‘can do’ attitude, amiable, honest, with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.Ideally, you’ll have:• Previous experience in a recruiting high volumes within the Health Care sector or similar is highly regarded.• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related is advantageous.• A thorough knowledge or industry experience, including NDIS, DHHS, and relevant legislative requirements.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including negotiation and problem-solving skills).• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and relationship management skills, coupled with a strong desire and willingness to learn.• Ability to manage time effectively and meet established deadlines.• A demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and work unsupervised.• An ability to thrive in a fast-paced customer service environment including the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.• Highly developed PC literacy and administration skills.• Strong business acumen skills.Employment with CareChoice is subject to satisfactory background checks which include Professional References, Employee Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.   AUD Australia - VIC Melbourne - All locations Bayside & South Eastern Suburbs Clayton 3168
