The role reports directly to the Head of Business Partnerships.A day in the life as a BDM with CareChoice, some of your key tasks include:Executing the Sales Strategy for CareChoice, including specific strategies for Community referrers through the execution of proactive business development activities.Identifying and creating leads and converting these to intake opportunities.Driving activity with a focus on developing new referrers & creating repeat referrer relationships.Identify opportunities for further growth and innovative approaches to sales/business development.Keep business development data up to date and accurate in our CRM system (Salesforce/Lumary)Managing sales pipeline data and reporting.Representing CareChoice at industry events, expo’s, events, seminars, and forums.About youThe successful candidate will have a pro-active attitude, a high degree of initiative and a strong desire to achieve outstanding results for our clients. You’ll be driven to perform the role with the highest level of professionalism and integrity; with the view of always representing the organisation in a positive and professional manner.Ideally you'll have:A background in Nursing or related field2+ years experience in a sales, business development or related role.Proven track record in meeting sales targets.Exceptional sales ‘drive’.Ability to identify opportunities, both small and large scale.Strong ability to build rapport with a wide range of individuals.Analytical approach to problem solving.High level computer ‘literacy’.Understanding of the disability sector would be an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field is highly desirable.Mandatory Requirements:Valid and current Victorian Driver's LicenceNDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)NDIS Worker Orientation Module Employment with CareChoice is subject to satisfactory background checks which include Professional References, Employee Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.  AUD Australia - VIC Melbourne - All locations Bayside & South Eastern Suburbs Clayton 3168
